I ordered size 2X. The label says 2X, but the actual size is medium. I sent an email to you the day I received the package, but never got a response. How can this be remedied?

My phone case fix perfectly and everyone just keeps complaining me on it. I would like to say what a great customer service this company has there was a small issue with my shirt, with just one email they had it corrected. My shirt is just beautiful of great quality and fits nicely. I have dealt with other online companies but I have to say this was the best one yet, product is what is shown and they do amazing work.
